Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, email address, subject and message. Company name, telephone number, company or VAT number and attachments are optional. We also record the page used to submit the enquiry, referring source, IP address and browser identifier for security and request handling.
If you have granted analytics consent, we may attach to the enquiry the first referral source, campaign parameters, up to 25 pages visited, session and page duration, general location derived from IP address (country, region and city), device and browser characteristics, language, time zone, screen dimensions and connection characteristics. We do not use GPS or collect precise device location.

Necessary storage supports security and remembers your privacy choices. Analytics, local journey measurement and advertising technologies remain disabled unless you grant the relevant consent. Recipients and international transfers
Authorised staff and contractors may access data where necessary. We use providers for hosting, CRM, email, security, file scanning, form protection and, with consent, analytics and advertising. We require providers to protect personal data and limit access to the service they supply.
Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we use a lawful transfer mechanism such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted by UK law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We ask that you contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Required and optional information
Name, email address, subject and message are required so that we can respond. All other form fields, analytics consent and the separate email-marketing opt-in are optional. The marketing box is unticked by default and does not affect our response or proposal. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Automated decisions and changes
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. We review this notice when services, suppliers or legal requirements change. A material change to optional technologies will trigger a fresh privacy choice.
